Since the1980s, the professional collaboration between the teacher colleagueshas become a hot topic focused by the Western teacher education. With thedevelopment of society, the quality requirement of the teaching staff is higher andhigher. The conventional isolated model of teacher professional development, whichmakes teacher feels twice as lonely in professional emotion and also hindered thespread and accumulation of the knowledge, has been increasingly questioned. Thus,teacher professional collaboration has become an important way for teachers’professional development.This study uses the teachers in Dadong District Primary School in Shenyang asthe samples, aiming to investigate the current situation and the influencing factors ofteacher professional collaboration in primary school. In order to achieve the studypurpose,208primary school teachers in Shenyang City are randomly selected as theobjects of the study, literature study and questionnaire are used as the study methodsand the self-made Primary School Teachers Professional Collaboration QuestionnaireTable is as the research tool, then the conclusions are drawn finally after the datastatistics analysis used by the SPSSS17.0, and a series of recommendations are putforward.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction, which introduces the proposition of the studyquestion, the significance of the study, the existing research literature review and thedefinition of the concept.The second part describes the theoretical basis of teacher professionalcollaboration from fields such as philosophy, sociology, psychology, managementscience.The third part is the study design and implementation which introduces theresearch objectives, research methods, object of study, research questions and theanalysis and processing method of the research data.The fourth part is the analysis and discussion of the findings. First thereliability of the questionnaire is analyzed, and then the relationship betweendemographic variables and teacher professional collaboration as well as the overallstatus of the primary school teacher professional collaboration are analyzed, andfinally the problems of primary school teacher professional collaboration as well asthe main factors affecting the primary school teacher professional collaboration aredeeply discussed and draw conclusions.The fifth part is the study recommendations, combined with research conclusions,the propositions on the promotion of primary school teacher professionalcollaboration are put forward, respectively, from the level of school organization andteachers at the individual level.
