Educational equity has become a hot topic in the education sector at present.In the process of promoting the development of education,we should pay attention to the equity of educational process and educational resources.The lack of educational resources,backward teaching equipment and weak teaching staff in rural areas and weak areas directly affect the development of rural education.Therefore,this study takes the professional development of rural teachers in junior middle schools as the research object,and investigates the rural teachers in B city,hebei province,so as to improve the professional development of rural teachers.Through the detailed investigation of the education situation of rural schools in B city junior middle school,it is found that the rural teachers in B city junior middle school have a lack of professional cognition,a lack of understanding of rural education policies,and an inaccurate positioning of teachers' moral cognition.Lack of professional knowledge,lack of ontological knowledge and lack of conditional knowledge;Weak in professional ability,lack of professional teaching ability,insufficient organization and management ability,serious lack of education and research ability,insufficient interpersonal communication ability;There is a deviation in the professional emotion,its enthusiasm is not enough,leaving expectations to be paid attention to.The causes of the problems in the professional development of rural middle school teachers can be analyzed from three aspects: school development environment,individual factors and social environment.From the perspective of school development environment,teachers work under great pressure,lack of post-service training,and difficult professional development conditions.From the perspective of individual factors,teachers' professional motivation is deviated,professional development goal is missing,professional reflection consciousness is indifferent,and career planning consciousness is insufficient.From the perspective of social environment,the educational system needs to be improved,teachers' salary is low,and the promotion mechanism of teachers' professional title is not perfect,which are all factors that restrict the professional development of rural junior middle school teachers.In view of the problems and causes of the professional development of rural teachers in B city junior middle school,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the professional development of rural teachers.In terms of school management strategy,schools should arrange work tasks scientifically and reasonably,strengthen the training activities and professional development investment of rural junior middle school teachers,and create opportunities for the improvement of teachers' professional ability.In terms of self-management strategies,rural junior middle school teachers should strengthen individual career development planning,take the initiative to improve professional development ability,and strengthen professional development reflection.In terms of social security strategy,it is necessary to improve the professional development conditions of rural junior middle school teachers,guarantee the salary of rural junior middle school teachers,and improve the management and assessment system of rural junior middle school teachers.
