2007,China began the implementation of the free education to education student in sixnormal universities directly under the Ministry of Education began to enroll Free NormalCollege Students, the cultivation of Tuition-free Normal College Student can improve thequality of teachers and stable the grope of teachers. When Free Normal College Studentsenjoy preferential treatment, their learning situation is not very optimistic. This article doesthe research by analysis the first-year students of H professional of D University and theresearcher hopes to do some help for the Curriculum, teaching methods and managers ofUniversity.This thesis mainly contains four Parts as following:The first Part is the introduction. In the introduction, the author firstly gives the reasonsof choosing this topic, secondly, the methods being used in this research is displayed.The second Part is the literature review section. The research idea of this part follows thelaw from the general to the specific. First, do the analyzing of the learning situation ofstudents. And then study their motivation to learn. Finally analyzing the public expense ofnormal students learning situation.The third Part is the investigation and analysis of the Present situation. firstly gives theformation of Hypothesis, the process and considerations of the interview, then detailedanalysis the data of the interview and draw some conclusions.The last Part is the suggestion and projects. After analysis the conclusion of the presentstatus, explore deep-seated problems. The current students’ learning driving force is a seriousshortage, It need to take specific measures; especially there is no goals in their own life, didnot realize on their own career paths, the lack of loving their professions. Developcountermeasures and suggestions, to stimulate students’ intrinsic motivation to start theCollege rules and regulations, a combination of push-pull approach to promote theenhancement of the performance of students. Completed the program of activities of thefreshman, and gives a detailed program of activities and instructions.
