Evaluate the quality of “self-answering(explain and statement) instruction behavior”instruction behavior chain in primitive system and mainly find the influential factors on thequality. The factors include general factors and individual factors, and we pay more attentionon general factors. First, get the general factors about teaching behavior chain throughinterviews with expert teachers, and formulate scale, then confirm scale through observingclassroom. Second, rank the samples as scale, use exploratory factor analysis andconfirmatory factor analysis to get the final scale and find the influential factors. Finally,divide samples into three groups as normal class and model class, teacher gender and teachinglevel, make use of the independent sample t-test and multi-factor variance analysis method toconclude the individual factors of the quality of “self-answering(explain and statement)instruction behavior” instruction behavior chain.Through a statistical analysis, draw a conclusion:First, the general influential factors that influencing the quality of “self-answering(explainand statement)” instruction behavior chain in primitive system have two aspects: languagespecification of teacher and the interactive awareness between teacher and students. Languagespecification includes four assessment indexs and the interactive awareness includes threeassessment indexs.Second, the individual factors influencing the quality of “self-answering(explain andstatement) instruction behavior” instruction behavior chain in primitive system include:significant differences between normal classes and model classes, the quality of teachingbehavior chain in model classes was better than that in normal classes. In model classes,teachers’ gender and teachers’ teaching level had no obvious influence. In normal classes,teachers’ teaching level had a significant difference on teaching behavior chain, proficientteachers did better than novice teachers, and teachers’ gender still had no obvious difference.Through the above conclusions, put forward some suggestions: especially for noviceteachers, pay attention to make their own teaching behaviors complied with standards,develop good teaching behavior to get accustomed to teaching as soon as possible.
