Our Country Provincial Normal University Education Practice In The Investigairon Of Research

In recent years, our country improves the attention of teacher education. Educationalpractice is an important part of the curriculum of teacher education, that charging with leadingthe normal students’ transition from student to teacher role key responsibilities, and having anirreplaceable role to promote the professional development of teachers for improving thequality of teachers’ professional. People concern about the educational practice growingly.Local Normal Universities are the main positions of Higher Education Popularizationand Teachers’ Training, that the education quality, especially the effectiveness of educationalpractice directly affects the overall quality of our teachers. It is very important for us toresearch the quality of educational practice of Local Normal Universities.The research objects are Jilin Normal University, Hebei Normal University, SichuanNormal University and South China Normal University. And I take two methods ofquestionnaire and interview to research the situation of educational practice of these fourUniversities in2012.This paper mainly includes the following six Chapters:The first chapter is introduction, introduces the origin of the research the problems andcontent, the target and significance, and the thinking and methods.The second chapter is literature review, includes the meaning of related concepts, theresearch situation of educational practice.The third chapter introduces how to prepare the questionnaire and interview outline andthe recovery and issuing.The fourth chapter analysis the educational practice of the four Universities in2012withinternship purpose, practice mode, practice content, organization and management of thepractice, guidance and evaluation of the practice and the summary and reflection.This chapteralso through the questionnaire and interviews analysis the real situation of the educationalpractice of the four Universities in2012, and put forward preliminary conclusion.The last chapter is conclusion and suggestion that summarizes the overall situation of theeducational practice through the preliminary conclusion. And also give suggestions for thefuture education.
