In the speech to the representatives of teachers and students of Beijing Normal University,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: "We should strengthen the construction of teacher education system,increase the support for normal universities,and constantly improve the quality of teacher training." Improving the quality of teachers in an all-round way is the primary task of continuously improving the level of basic education in China.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the evaluation of educational internships in normal universities.The evaluation of educational internship is an important part of the internship process of normal students and an important way to test the internship effect of students.This study takes a normal university in Liaoning Province as an example to analyze the existing problems in the evaluation of educational practice.It also makes a theoretical analysis from three aspects: the main body,the purpose and the function of educational internship evaluation.The diversified educational internship evaluation system is mainly reflected in the evaluation subject,evaluation content and evaluation method.The evaluation subject of this study consists of four parts: instructors,students,the same group partners,and the intern themselves;The evaluation content not only includes the abilities of interns' teaching and class management,but also interns' professional thoughts and attitudes,educational knowledge,general knowledge,educational research abilities,teaching reflective abilities and their own temperament and conduct,etc.;The evaluation method pays attention to the combination of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation,process evaluation and summative evaluation.Scientific and effective evaluation of educational internships is of great significance to both interns and normal universities,which is embodied in its orientation,assessment,judgment,motivation,feedback and improvement.This study investigates and researches the evaluation of educational internship of normal universities through questionnaires and interviews.According to the results of the questionnaire analysis and the actual situation of the normal university,the evaluation index system of educational internship in normal universities is constructed,and determines three first-level indicators of "interns' professional thoughts and attitudes","professional knowledge" and "professional skills".This study refine and decompose all the first-level indicators,and determine the weight coefficients of each index through expert investigation method,determine the evaluation grade and method,and finally form a complete evaluation system of educational practice,aiming at providing reference for the evaluation of educational practice in normal universities.The evaluation of educational internship is a dynamic work.In carrying out this work,the normal colleges should comprehensively examine the progress and growth of the interns,and adjust the contents in a timely manner in order to promote the interns to adapt to the requirements of the society for the education profession.
