Through literature, the survey, expert interviews, comparative method, mathematical statistics, and other research methods, this thesis has analyzed the status quo of Educational Practice of Physical Education of Normal University in Changchun City by the following five aspects: the internship model and the status quo under the mode of practice form, the primary and secondary education school internship status quo, the timing of training, internships instructor status quo, and evaluation system of status quo.We have compared the advantages and disadvantages of the dispersion internship form, the form of simulation training, micro-grid internship form, and the form of base training under the"on-time"model; analyzed the arrangements and the length of practice time; discussed the reasons of the qualifications of the internship instructor, the difficulties of sending college instructors, the ambiguity of some college instructors on the object of the education practice guidance, and the formal training in the education process; found the reasons of difficulty to establish a solid, ideal base for internship; and analyzed the status quo of educational practice evaluation system through the evaluation of results of interns and the work of the college instructor. Besides, We have made the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: for the deficiencies of the traditional "on-time" education model in practice, we have proposed the "time-dispersed" model which means that treated the educational practice as the Systematic, comprehensive training course during which the students from the school began to graduation; for the status quo of the internship instructor, proposed the enhancing of the management of the internship instructor during the process of the education practice; for the status quo of the primary and secondary school which accepts the education practice, we have to establish and consolidate good education practice base through a variety of channels; for the characteristics of the one-sidedness and arbitrary on the evaluation results of the students, proposed the standard quantitative evaluation system. The lack of the evaluation system for the work of normal training instructor results in the very low efficiency for guiding the students, thus it is needed to construct the sound evaluation system for the work of the normal internship instructors.
