Since the human society entered the era of knowledge economy, the knowledgeand the technology changed every day. If we want to live better in this era, everyonemust have the ability and consciousness of lifelong learning. The lifelong learningability of teachers who are the engineers of the human soul is very significant toconstruct the lifelong learning society. If we can cultivate the lifelong learning abilityand consciousness of these people when they were normal students, we can achievedouble effect. Because of the interwovenness connection between cultivation theability and conscious of lifelong learning and grasping of the technologies, themodern educational technology public curriculum of normal university proved to bethe vital approach to cultivate the normal students’ lifelong learning ability andconscious.This research based on the hypothesis which discussed above and the article canbe divided into five parts. The first chapter briefly introduces background, presentsituation, purpose and method of this research. The second chapter proposes thecompetence of teachers’ lifelong learning ability and some strategies to cultivatenormal university students’ lifelong learning ability and conscious. The third chapterintroduces the present implementation of modern educational technology publiccurriculum in normal university through the studying of articles and investigation.Then design the objectives, content and process of this curriculum in the purpose ofcultivating the normal students’ lifelong learning ability and consciousness. Thefourth chapter mainly designs two classes which teaches social software based on thelifelong learning theory in order to discuss the curriculum model in detail. The fifthchapter mainly summarizes the conclusions and weakness of this research and looksforward to the follow-up studies.
