The ultimate goal of modern education is to help students establish a future oriented learning power, resilience is one of the important factors affecting learning power by researches. Resilience is the response of people to encounter difficulties and pressure in unfavorable situations. Resilience will change as the external environment changes. In future, students in normal university will become teachers, their resilience not only affects themselves, but also directly affects the development of the next generation. However, the study found that students in normal university lack autonomy, social communication skills, clear goals and problem-solving skills, their resilience is generally weak. The research found that the cause of these problems is the missing of the current approach to enhance resilience. Therefore, this study attempts to improve the resilience of students in normal university. The four constituent elements of the resilience is a sense of purpose、autonomy、 social competence and problem-solving skills when we study literature at home and abroad. Which change group cooperation can bring is the study try to explore. The study provides the group cooperation process model:by clear grouping, division of responsibilities, goals setting, the cultivation of interest, we can improve sense of purpose; Students’autonomy can be improved by doing things by themselves, building self-learning portfolio which can enhance students’ consciousness、manipulative ability and reflection; Social competence is improved by dialogue between students and teachers, students and students; The abiltiy of communication skills and cooperation is improved by group cooperation, students at the same table cooperative manner. Through scenario creation, variant ways to help students to make knowledge skilled and systematic, their ability to solve problem is improved. Finally the study presents some requirements to the instructor and the environment. Then we apply these policies to the teaching. The experimental class adopts strategies for teaching group cooperation while regular classes use the way of "Teachers teach-student demonstration". We test their teaching through the contrast of two classes. The results show that, with the group cooperative learning approach, the overall level of resilience of students in normal university has improved. After further analysis, we find autonomy and social competence aspects have been improved while there is no significant change in their sense of purpose and ability to solve problem. After further investigation:the reason is not because of group cooperation itself but because of the design:the cultivation of a sense of purpose is a long process, which is hard to show in the short term, the teacher should combine short-term goals with long-term goals and focus on appropriate goals. As for the ability to solve problem, teachers need to teach specific strategies to solve problem, and pay attention to the impact of sex to resilience in group cooperation."Cooperative learning", the new teaching methods of new curriculum, is used to enhance the resilience, and we explore how to use it to enhance resilience of students in normal university, this is the innovation of this study. The study shows that group cooperation makes students’ autonomy and social competence improved, which provides new perspective for us; The resilience of the group Cooperation process model provided is a specific program used for further study.
