Educational Technology in itself is a cross-cutting interdisciplinary; this subjectmakes a comprehensive application of the theoretical knowledge of pedagogy andpsychology to achieve optimal means and methods of teaching objectives. Listeninglearning does not rely on advanced modernize multimedia auxiliary, but also to beimplied from the heart of the learners, at the same time it will actively guide learnersfrom learning attitude and learning motivation. Educational technology electronicportfolio technology and mobile learning technologies has been applied perfectly inthe English listening training, and then the video machines, multimedia hearinglaboratory from a wide range of perspectives to develop students’ listening ability inorder to make English realize the real exchange and communication."Learned helplessness" is raised by the American famous writer Seligman in1967. The definition is studied from the perspective of developmental psychology,which is mean that when a person has experienced numerous frustration and blows, hewill produce the fear of a new difficulties, fear of negative psychological soon whenfacing a new problem and a new difficulty. Psychologically not self-confidence andconstantly deny to yourself are one of the reasons of the learned helplessness.Junior high school sophomore’s technology and education level is in criticalperiod of the growth stage, junior high school students spend the vast majority of thetime in the study, thus the academic level is closely related to students’ self-awarenessand the evaluation. From the perspective of the development of education technology,the junior high school stage is the personality traits and learned helplessnessformation period. During this period, many junior high school students are beginningquestioned their all aspects of capacity because of their not satisfied performance instudy, and the passive mood significantly enhanced, become extremely self-confident.Therefore, the students learned helplessness greatly enhanced so that it failed to meetthe proper academic performance.The study of this question is based on interviews and exchange ideas with thejunior high school students, and at the same time to do the open-ended questionnairesurvey, reading written a large number of references. Thus the study can be achievedfluently. The study has selected the Qiqihar City, the third high school students186students as the focus group to explore the relationship between the students’ learnedhelplessness and English listening academic, and take full use of the spss to make data statistics, and regression analysis. The results show that:1. Reasonable learning goals, high efficient learning strategies and positiveattribution has the significant influence on English scores.2. Listening Learned powerlessness and English scores were negativelycorrelated.3. Learned powerlessness play a role on the theory attributed to characteristicsof the students and English Listening Academic.This research hopes the school community and the society to pay attention to thedevelopment and changes of learned helplessness, by reducing the habitual sense ofhelplessness to guide the right of self-evaluation of junior high school students, toimprove the confidence of English Listening to overcome the negative attitude toimprove their English academic, and at the same time to provide a basis for concernedconducting counseling training.
