Based on the phenomenon of learned helplessness in mathematics learning, this study uses educational experiment method to intervene the learned helplessness of senior primary school students.First of all,the Acquired Helplessness Scale(LHS)was adapted to measure pupils' mathematics learned helplessness scale.Secondly, according to the results of the pre-test,this paper analyzes the primary school students' learned helplessness in mathematics from the four dimensions of attribution, cognition, emotion and behavior, and the general situation.By collecting data,we can understand the severity of learned helplessness and its performance in learning and daily life. Finally,we use the designed resilience training program to intervene students, and verify whether the intervention program is effective. The purpose is to let primary school students overcome the learned helplessness in mathematics learning, love mathematics, actively study, cultivate students' spirit of facing difficulties, serious research, perseverance, and lay a good foundation for future learning. The principal results are as follows.1.The revised scale has 20 items, involving four dimensions of cognitive helplessness, behavioral helplessness, emotional helplessness and attributive helplessness, with good reliability and validity, homogeneity coefficient > 0.8,split half reliability > 0.7,coefficient of stability > 0.59,and related coefficient between each dimensionality and the whole scale >0.68,which can be used to measure primary school students' mathematical learned helplessness.2.Resilience training can improve the individual's endurance and psychological resilience,so that they can correctly understand, reasonably attribute and adjust the protective mechanism. Therefore,it can effectively reduce the learned helplessness of senior primary school students in mathematics learning, and the effect of reducing the emotional dimension is the most significant.3.Resilience training can not only reduce mathematics learned helplessness of senior primary school students in real-time test, but also be effective even after a period of delay. To a certain extent, the persistence of the training effect shows that the training method has transformed into the students' psychological recovery ability.4.The cognitive bias, wrong attribution and negative emotion of the high learned helplessness group are more serious,so the resilience training is the most effective to improve their psychological resilience.According to the research conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward.Primary school mathematics teachers should improve students' psychological recovery ability from four aspects: correct cognition, reasonable attribution, emotion cultivation and behavior improvement,so as to reduce students' mathematics learned helplessness.
