At present, improving the quality of education entirely is an important task of reforming anddeveloping education in the new period of our country.The key to improve the quality of educationis to build a high-quality teaching staff.In China,the head teacher is an important part in primaryand secondary schools and main force of implementing the quality education.The system of thehead teacher is a feature of China’s socialism.The ead teachers spend most of their time onstudents in comparison with the subject teachers. They are the most influential people who helpthe students learn how to do something and is the backbone of ideological and moral education inprimary and secondary schools. The head teacher’s professional quality is directly related to theall-development of students. While the head teacher professional quality improvement, on the onehand, on their own continuous learning, on the other hand,through training.The use of moderninformation technology and the network training will be the most important exploration for thetraining mode. Millions of teachers took part in this training.It has been lasted for7years since2006and will expand the scale on the original basis. This will play a positive part in improving thewhole quality of teachers. The state attaches great importance to the web-based on-line distancetraining model. Improving the quality of the network training is an important problem to beresolved urgently.This article arranges some documents related to network training and teacher training andintroduce the basic training situations in recent years. Firstly, it has an overall understanding ofnetwork platform and training procedures. At the same time, with the guidance of somedocuments, it refers to the specific implementation of the network training in our country.Secondly, the advantages and disadvantages of the network training are analyzed theoretically.From the empirical point of view, during from Jun.2012to Nov.2012, the implementation of thepresent situation of the city,Shihezi, has been surveyed in recent years by interviewing the peopleinvolved.The survey includes network training infrastructure and constructions in shihezi,thebasic situations of internet training and traditional face to face training in recent years, as well asthe Shihezi City teachers’ web-based training organization and implementation of acomprehensive investigation.Besides having a general knowledge of present network training in shihezi City,138teachers participating in training have been asked to accept the network questionnaire. It is widelyobserved that most teachers don’t have high enthusiasm,the training result is not very ideal,network infrastructure and training curriculum resources construction is not perfect, theadvantages of network training is not enough,etc. So a comprehensive analysis of the existingproblems has been carried out. After aiming at these and considering some actual situations,weproposed that it is of importance to improve the understanding to the the head net-work training,establish a set of organizational management and incentive systems of network trainingcompletely, or a set of rational network training curriculum resources. It gives full play to theadvantages of network training and promote all of the head teachers training with somesuggestions and strategies in five aspects as a result of improving the quality of network trainingin Shihezi city, as well as the whole quality of the head teacher.
