The mode of class teaching system is still adopted in the stage of basic education in our country.In the aspect of class management in middle school,the class management is mainly undertaken by the head teacher alone.The subject teachers pay more attention to the teaching of knowledge and less participate in the class management.How the two cooperate together is worth thinking about by educators.It is of practical significance to analyze the current situation and reasons of teacher cooperation.In this paper,qualitative research,the use of research methods are literature analysis,participatory observation,in-depth interviews.I went to NS school to observe and found that the following problems existed in the cooperation between the head teacher and the subject teacher: the first type was individualism,the head teacher stressed management,the subject teacher stressed performance and morality,emphasized teaching,and paid less attention to moral education;the second type was "hilltop doctrine",the approval of the head teacher to his subject group,the approval of the subject teacher to the team led by the head teacher,and the approval of the subject teacher.The degree of recognition between teachers determines the effect of cooperation;the third type is hard-made cooperation,which is a kind of cooperation mode promoted by administrative order.The cooperation between the head teacher and the subject teacher is easy to become a form;the fourth type is the master-slave type.The head teacher overemphasizes his or her position of authority in the class management,and the subject teacher is in a subordinate position and less involved in the class management.The main reasons for the existing problems are as follows: for personal factors,the ability of moral education management of the subject teachers is not good,the teachers lack professional knowledge,the teacher in charge of the class lacks communication with the subject teachers,the concept of class management conflicts,the period of job burnout prolongs,the sense of value identity is missing,the scope of authority is unclear;the school does not pay enough attention to the participation of the subject teachers in class management,and the school management system is bound;The nationalpolicy too strengthens the duty of the head teacher,the education management way tradition.Through the observation and study of NS school,the author thinks that the strategy to solve the cooperation between the middle school head teacher and the subject teacher should be considered from three dimensions: first,the role positioning of the head teacher and the subject teacher is accurate;second,the school management level countermeasures,the establishment of the type of teacher team,the integration of strength,the formation of educational management forces,and the establishment of regular communication mechanism.Third,at the national level,we should establish a multi-agent cooperative mechanism,respond to new challenges,improve the level of teachers' specialization,improve the incentive mechanism,put policies first,and comprehensively deepen the construction of teachers' team.
