Study On The Area Vocational Education Collectivization In Weifang

The State Council’s Decision about Developing Vocational Education Energeti-cally in October,2005raises:we should promote schools’resources integrated and recombined to make running schools scale, collectivization and linkage, which demonstrates direction of vocational education’s reformation and innovation to expand sustainedly and healthily. In recent years, practical exploration for vocational education collectivization has emerged in parts of China with initial successes.The vocational education collectivization achieves school-enterprise cooperation, work-study combination and workplace practice. It pushes forwards the cooperation among areas and innovates the management system, motion mechanism and the per-sonnel training model, which heightens the quality and effectiveness of vocational education, strengthens the capacity to serve the economy and society, and achieves the development of schools, trades and enterprises. Nowadays, vocational education collectivization is showing a tendency to develop.Although the vocational education in Weifang develops rapidly in recent years, there appears many matters. Therefore, the probe of vocational education collectiviza-tion becomes necessary, concerning the government’s overall arrangement, school-enterprise’s cooperation, trades’and enterprise’s participation positively.The thesis analyses collectivization’s theory, advanced experiences abroad, present situation and prospect of Weifang’s vocational education so as to realize the importance and necessity of collectivization in Weifang. On this basis, collectivi-zation in Weifang concerns duties and obligations among government, schools, trades and enterprises and their cooperation, which provides theory and construction model of collectivization to promote the intensity and quality of Weifang’s vocational education, even to supply experiences for collectivization in other cities.
