The Study Of Contemporary College Students’ Moral Belief

The report of the18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes that people must firm the ideal believes and stick to the spiritual pursuit. Morality is the standard system to adjust the relationship between man and man, man and nature, man and society. It is the development goal of personal self-improvement, the rational constraint of social stability and harmony, the spiritual cornerstone of national prosperity. Belief is human treating the world and life as the ultimate concern. It is human asking and demanding to the world and life "should be". Moral belief of treating morality as the basic point and governing the faith is individual self-transcendence on the moral personality and social whole improving on the moral standards.College students are the widest vision and most dynamic young people. They are the most powerful driving force of improving social morality and promoting the harmonious development of society. The condition of college students’ethical faith concerns their healthy growth and the national scientific development. But the collision of individual micro demands and the social macro value makes the college students’moral belief crisis.such as the moral cognition deviation, moral apathy and moral action weakening.College students must coordinate moral guidance of family, school and society with their actual coordination. Under the reinforcement of "practice-knowledge-practice" circulation, they make moral rule internalize moral cognition and outside into their behavior.Moral belief as a system, from theory to practice, takes turn:firstly, what is its ultimate goal; secondly, why do we do; Thirdly, at present what we should do. This paper, according to this logic main line, starts to expound. Full text is divided into three chapters. The first chapter has the overview of moral belief. And it mainly expounds the meanings of moral belief and based on two dimensions of persona and society.It establishes moral faith values of college students. The second chapter on the basis of empirical research with theoretical analysis explores the present situation and influencing factors of contemporary college students’moral belief. The third chapter separately from person,family,school and society explores to establish the realistic routine of college students’moral belief.
