With the central take the school-enterprise cooperation as the reform direction of our Vocational education, more and more Vocational and technical college began to seek cooperation with enterprises in order to promote the development of itself.on the other hand, With the "labor shortage" phenomenon appeared, enterprises cooperated with vocational colleges actively in order to Cultivate good theoretical knowledge, high technology, professional high corporate loyalty employees.But both sides in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises are facing with difficulties.How to make the "order-form cultivation" development continuously for enterprises is to Integrate the students into the enterprise, and become a mainstay of the enterprise is the key.The author Responsible for the "order-form cultivation" of the school-enterprise cooperation between the GXGY Vocational College and F enterprises,founding that "order-form cultivation" students of GXGY vocational college cooperation with F company had a serious turnover phenomena in initial entry time. upfront cost of Enterprise is wasted. Human resources cost is increased greatly."Labor shortage" is not solved.It greatly reduces the recognition and enthusiasm of enterprise for order-form cultivation.Vocational College’s employment problem has not solved. A win-win result of university-enterprise become empty talk. So it is a problem needed to resolve urgently that Researching on leaving reason of "order-form cultivation" student and Improving the order-form cultivation students’s management methods.This text take the "order-form cultivation" students as the research object, issuing questionnaire and interviewing with "order-form cultivation" student who had came to F enterprises,and combining with the interview of relevant personnel to in-depth understanding of the approaches to "order-form cultivation" students’s leaving reasons.After analysis we found that the main leaving reasons of "order-form cultivation" students of the GXGY Vocational College are the poor selection method,the poor students employment guidance, the late management defect of the GXGY Vocational College,poor Company’s internal management and so on.According to leaving reason for students,we propose that the GXGY Vocational College Should perfect recruitment selection method with F company,improve the employment guidance work of "order-form cultivation" student,do a good education administration job of student at the later stage,help the F company to improve his own management and so on.We hope to solve the problem about Leaving questions for the "order-form cultivation" student of the GXGY Vocational College in initial entry time with the research, And it provide reference solution to the problem of other Leaving questions for the "order-form cultivation" student.
