On Current Situation And Counter Measures Of Foreign Language Graduates’ Employment In Higher Vocational School

With the advent of the era of the popularization of higher education, vocationalcollege in the proportion of higher education is increasing, enrollment has increasedyear by year.This paper makes employment survey by selecting Qinhuangdaovocational colleges foreign language graduates,and the survey has practicalsignificance.This study based on the former research achievements of employment work inhigher vocational colleges, using literature, survey research method,throughquestionnaires, teacher and student interviews, look over all types of data inemployment process, and use SPSS and other related software for data analysis andsummary. On the basis of science knowledge, such as industrial economics, educationand management, to further explore college students employment and problems in theprocess, providing a scientific basis for the reform of higher vocational collegemajors.This study aims to find the cause of higher vocational college graduatesemployment problems through the Qinhuangdao employment situation survey ofhigher vocational colleges foreign language graduates. Starting from the micro level,from phenomenon to essence, concluded the regularity solutions for higher vocationalcollege graduates employment problems.Through comprehensive retrieval word for "Qinhuangdao vocational schoolgraduates employment problem"in CNKI from2000to2012, eventually searchingliterature is zero, so this article is the first one to study foreign language professionalgraduates employment problem.
