The Research On Training Mode For The CNC Majors In Vocational And Technical Colleges

This paper holds a theoretic discussion on professional training mode of CNC major, analysizes the current situation of combining learning with working, and comparatively studies their training modes in developed coutries such as Gernany, US, Australia and so on. It also concerns with establishing "employment-oriented" vocational ability structure and individualized designing training mode with its own characteristics. In this paper, "project-oriented" training mode, "order-training" in school-run enterprises and "alternation of working and learning" for students having financial problems will be further explored.
