Innovation has become the theme of development in the world nowadays. Various countries are developing the education of innovation, cultivating innovative talents. Yet our country is behind other countries on this aspect. We still use the old method, which is low effective and lack of general applicability. We don’t have one effective innovation teaching theory.TRIZ, a theory created by Former Soviet, with high operability and universality, can explain the meaning of innovation scientifically. Besides, it’s useful to improve the ability of innovation. Some countries like EU, America, Japan and Russia have studied on this theory for many years. It turns out that TRIZ is quite effective in innovative education and innovative production. Ministry of Science and Technology, NDRC, Ministry of Education and China Association for Science have announced "Some Opinions on Strengthening the Work of Innovation Methods", promoted overseas advanced innovation methods, which included TRIZ. Till now many universities and research institutions have already started studying on it.This paper mainly discussed the influence on senior high school students who were learning physics by TRIZ. Senior high school is the peak of developing students’ innovative ability. If we introduce TRIZ to students, tell them what is it, how to use it and how it works throughout physics class, that will be useful to train their innovative awareness and improve their innovative abilities. After training, students will be more creative and they will use innovative tools easily. All of these improvements will lay good foundations for their careers in the future.
