With the vigorous development of the education reform and innovation,the education innovation in academics has gradually become the key of the research to promote the progress in education.Generally,our education innovation still keep on researching the problem of the necessity of education innovation,the basic concept,the main content and the reason of occurring and the level of analyzing concept,but it is extremely harmful for the health and the development of education innovation.It make no sense if you only put forward the goal but does not settle the methods and means to solve the problem whatever you do.On the other hand,there is some other innovation research in management has achieved fruitful results with the promoting of TRIZ theory,and also there are someone has started to apply the TRIZ theory to the education.I apply the innovation principles of TRIZ theory in education innovation and try to associate the innovation principles with the cases in education innovation so as to verify the feasibility of the theory in education.Otherwise,I also refer to the research belong to Altshuller,Darrel Mann and so on,then hold the view that using the management parameters to define the innovation problem and apply the method named"management parameters-innovation principles" to solve the path of education innovation.I use a software which could analysis the qualitative data called MAXQDA10.0,and after the text analyzing and data processing of 130 cases which all awarded in the third national education reform and innovation,I find that the innovation principles in TRIZ theory and the thirty-one management parameters in the field of business management can be used to Chinese education innovation with a little adjustment.I provide the innovation principles and management parameters with some adjustment,and initially build the Contradictious matrix in education innovation.We can see form the research that interface and production capacity,supply means and adaptability,system complexity and stability were the contradiction parameters which were used frequently in education innovation,and the adaptability,research interface and user needs are the commonly management parameters.In the practice of Chinese education innovation,the mostly used innovation principles are dimension increasing principle,dynamic principle,combination principle,feedback principle,coping principle,segmentation principle,local quality principle,reversion principle,self-service principle.
