A Discussion On The Construction Of Teacher-Training Groups Of Teachers’ Universities In Fujian Province

With the thought of lifelong education deeply rooted in the hearts of people, teachers must be the pioneer of lifelong learning. In-service education is an important means for teachers to learn for ever while training is a direct and effective one. The perspective, of checking out the training of teachers in rural middle and primary school, has particular theoretical and pragmatic meaning for researching The Teaching Staffs Construction in Normal Colleges.Having summed up the existing related papers and explored the relevant patterns of western country, I adopt documentation method) and comparative method to systematically study the current education and training of teachers, from theoretical study to practice research. Then I explore the developing trend of practice-oriented training form of teachers, so as to provide some reference value for the department of education administration of our province to establish the policy of training teachers from rural primary and middle school, to offer normal colleges some reference on the construction of teaching stuffs, and to lay a solid foundation for further strengthening pertinence and efficiency. At the same time, this paper helps to comb and summarize the main works of the author especially on how to build the teacher-training groups of teachers’ universities.
