The Problems And Solutions In Tianjin Youth Professional College Teachers’Construction

Since the reform and opening to the WTO, the demand of professionals is increasing. Under this background, the higher vocational education is developed. As the main force of higher vocational education, the teaching staff is also growing; its development is closely related to the higher vocational education. There is an old saying: finding a good teacher would be better to study efforts. Thus, the building of the teaching staff plays an important role on the development of higher vocational and technological college.However, because the higher vocational education started late, people of society had a poor understanding of it, we neither have the ready-made running school experience, nor do we have systematic teaching staff to meet the needs of our situation. There overall structure is not reasonable and the teachers’ practical ability is weak etc..With the progressive development of higher vocational education in our country from the reform and opening-up, the scale of school and education quality in Tianjin grow up unprecedentedly. Since2005, under advocating the higher vocational education vigorously of Ministry of education, the development speed of higher vocational education will be sure promptly. In addition, as the economic center in the northern China, with the rapid development of city construction and the Binhai New Area, Tianjin needs the talents with high skill a lot, while the higher vocational education is the cradle of such persons. Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of higher vocational education, the key is to have a high quality of higher occupation education teaching staff.In this paper, from the perspective of public administration, combined with higher vocational teacher training target, researched the construction of teaching staff about Tianjin Youth Professional College. By investigating and comparing the current situation and future development of the teaching staff construction in home and abroad, find out the problems and shortcomings in it, analyzes the causes, and put forward the effective ways and methods about the construction of teaching staff in this college, so as to explore the direction of higher vocational educational in line with the current society and market conditions, provide new ideas about the construction and management of teaching staff for this college, and provide references for the construction of teaching staff in our higher vocational college.
