This study analyzes the college entrance examination in recent years, provincial en-tr ance exam Biology laboratory assignments.On this basis, the paper analyzes the subject content and score requirements and the ability to answer such topics.At the same time,the paper pointed out that the main content of the the entrance of Fujian biological experimental subject, the questions in the form and propositions features.Followed by a survey in order to understand the number of experimental schools opened.Then, with the subject of the paper provides a practical measurement. Subject analysis of the characteristics of the questions in the examination paper, and then make a comprehensive comparison of the scores and the results of the questionnaire. The study concluded that the validity of different questions form the ability to examine the biological experiments.In the end of this study, this essay also provide the suggestions of developing students’ experiment and explore ability, and thinks in order to develop these abilities we should improve the condition of the experiments and plays a guiding role in the entrance of college.
