The minor’s family education has also been a huge impact. Especially parents, teachers,public figures and social life, media, value-oriented as the direct impact on the formation ofthe minor’s life. Minors, their division is marked by immature physical characteristics, we must takeinto account their age and growth characteristics of environmental characteristics.
