| Brainstorming originally refers to the state of the confused thinking of thepsychopath. Brainstorming is also known as method of intellectual stimulation orcreative thinking method. This approach is put forward by OSBON, an AmericanCreationist. This creative method proposed can be used to solve many problems. Thispaper mainly aims at making an applied study of brainstorming in English teaching insenior high school. In order to make this paper have a better outline, the authorconcretely illustrates basic concept, the theoretical basis of this study, principle,operational processes and their inspiring principle of brainstorming. Combining newcurriculum reform and the actual situation of the English classroom teaching in China,this paper makes a deeper analysis and research of inevitability and enforceability of thecomprehensive application of brainstorming in English classroom of the high school.According to the practice of the English teaching, the author objectively argues thisteaching method and at the same time finds out advantages and existing problems ofbrainstorming, and at last makes a comprehensive outlook of application prospects ofthis teaching method.Thesis is divided into six chapters, the six chapters include of introduction,research background, purpose, significance, present situation and research methods.And then explains the theoretical basis of the research, which is based on the principleof education psychology and constructivism of cooperative learning theory, andprovides a theoretical framework for this article. Analysis the necessity and feasibilityof the application of brainstorming in English teaching and discusses the typical caseanalysis of brainstorming in the high school English classroom in which the authormakes the analysis and the research of many teaching examples of vocabulary teaching,writing teaching, reading chosen from teaching cases. |
