Elementary education is an important part of China’s education,it is related to the important stage and the overall quality of education in our country.the primary and secondary schools "students" learning difficulties is one of the important problems of school education, how to use effective teaching strategies to solve the primary and secondary school "students" study difficult problem is an important topic in practical teaching. The theory of Constructivism really starting from the fundamental principle of "human-oriented", the subjective initiative to emphasize the connection effect, relevant experience to learners in the learning of new knowledge of existing in the mind to learning new knowledge, pay attention to the learners in the learning of new knowledge and process knowledge of cognitive conflict between, pay more attention to cultivate the learners’cognitive and the meta cognitive strategies. All of these are for teachers to use teaching strategy provides the theory support, have important implications to teaching practice.This research is divided into the following four parts:The first part is introduction. The main contents include:the problem, literature review, research purpose and significance, research and innovation, research methods and research ideas and concepts.The second part is the summary of theory construction. It includes two aspects:first, the constructivism theory origin and development; second, constructivist learning theory perspective.The third part is "analysis of primary and secondary school students" current situation and reasons of learning. Mainly based on the theory of constructivism, investigation method of the questionnaire on the reason analysis of primary and secondary school "students learning situation investigation" and based on the survey results. The fourth part is the analysis of teaching strategy based on the theory of constructivism. Before specific teaching strategies, first of Constructivism on the teaching implications to the transformation of primary and secondary schools "underachievers" to do the analysis of the application of constructivism, teaching strategy theory problems is illustrated. Finally, the theory of Constructivism several teaching strategy mainly to reality according to the analysis of textbooks for primary and secondary schools.The last part is the conclusion. With the summary of the final summary of the research point of view, and points out the shortcomings in the research.
