Constructivism theory is proposed by Swiss psychologist Piaget. Constructivism believes that knowledge is not obtained by teaching.This theory believes that learners learn from certain the social and cultural background, with the help of others (including teachers and learning partners), using the necessary learning materials, gained through the way of meaning construction.Since the founding,because of the social and economic development,the qualitity of humanities improving,the music education of middle and primary school in our country has made great achievements.Especially in recent years, the "aesthetic education" is listed as one of the contents of the education policy, music education has made rapid development.Instrumental music knowledge as an important part of the primary and secondary school music education has made outstanding contributions to the development of music education.The constuction of inspiration theory on the instrumentao musica teaching in primary and middle schools through research,Rastrictiong the activities of the people thinking of instrumental music teaching,mode,resources and evalution mechanism of instrumental music teaching in primary and secondary schools,and shoul reflect how to introduce the theory of constructivism,learning music for music class to develop better and make,and through the use of the construction of three the main mode of teaching theory in teaching practice:scaffolding insruction,anchored instruction,random access instruction,found it is very suitable to use the theory of Constructivism in the teaching of instrumental music in primary and middle schools.To broaden the teaching methods and means of music teachers,the elementary and middke schools music classroom teaching mode,students add newextracurricular instrumental activities more activi,so that students can seek progress in the new learning mode,new,different learning effect.Constructivism is one of the social science systems that rise from modern European and American countries as a revolution of education psychology, is a reasonable and creative learning theory, this theory has been studied in the field of education. Constructivism theory has been used widely in our country, now used in English, Chemistry, Mathematics and other subjects, and also has a certain influence on those subjects. But in numerous research achievements of the constructivism, the study of instrumental music education of primary and secondary schools is few, and the primary and secondary school music education with the development of economy, the improvement of people’s quality is becoming more and more important. The ministry of education puts forward the policy of "aesthetic education",this also shows the importance of modern music education, so it is worth to explore this application, to prompt the constructivism theory to be used preferably in music education.
