Research On Social Work Social Care Service System Of Intervention Under Way

With the acceleration of Chinese aging of population, the aging problem is getting more and more attention. For a long time, family pension is given priority in our country, but with the implementation of the basic state policy of family planning, and the transformation of the social economy, family size decreasing, the tendency of nucleation, and weakness of family endowment function, the demand for professional pension institutions and community services is increasing. To this end, the state council general office issued the "social endowment service system construction plan (2011-2015)" and explicitly put forward:we should build an endowment service system in which the family endowment is as a basis, community service as the backing, and the institutions endowment for supplementary. Social endowment service system reflects the core of current old-age work is expanding from households to the community. Scholars have done a lot of research on social work intervention in social endowment service system, and think social work intervention is beneficial to the development of community endowment service system, as well as having positive significance to solve the pension problem. Taking ZhenCheng community in Shanxi province as an example, this essay discusses the way of social work intervention in social endowment service system. According to the survey, the social endowment service in ZhenCheng community exists several problems, such as, the social endowment service system is not sound, the demands of old people fail to get satisfaction, the demands of the main undertaker-children fail to meet, the children are stressed out, the quality of elderly pension is not high, and insufficient funding etc., To solve these problems, the author further carried on a thorough investigation to10old people in this community, think social work intervention in social endowment service system should stick to several principles:the government-led, social workers as complementary, respect, confidentiality, egotism, self-determination, and involve in social endowment service system from direct and indirect aspects.
