People more and more attention to preserve one’s health in the21st century, nutrition care, fitness and sports issues such as how to better promote metabolism has been the attention of people. As is known to all, appropriate exercise can promote metabolism, improve blood circulation and respiratory function, to strengthen the body’s adaptability and resistance to disease. However there are many people who do not adhere to appropriate intensity of exercise, and sports is becoming more and more interested in the strength of some big. As early as1982, some scholars pointed out that acute intensive sports make the body produces a large number of free radicals. Many studies have confirmed that the acute intensive games accelerate metabolism of the body, the body’s oxygen consumption increased, make the body in a short period of time to generate the amount of free radicals, makes the body lipid peroxidation and cell membrane damage. Cause a certain degree of damage to the body, a reduction in the ability to cause the body movement. At the same time, free radicals are involved in many pathological processes, such as inflammation, tumors, cardiovascular disease, aging, development of exercise-induced injury and fatigue, etc. And added antioxidants, the body’s resistance to free radical damage has good effect, especially some natural antioxidants. Grape seed procyanidins is currently found in one of the strongest antioxidant capacity of natural antioxidants, about its effect in scavenging free radicals and antioxidant properties research mostly confined to the diseases and aging, and eliminate free radicals generated by the movement of research about it. This experiment is aimed at the human body after complementary grape seed procyanidins, under the condition of exercise stress, studies its influence on the body’s oxygen free radicals and antioxidant capacity and its causes part of the influence of the organic acid metabolism in the blood. For the future in terms of sports fitness, sports health care provide useful help.Research purposes:the procyanidins on athletes under acute intensive exercise the body content of oxygen free radicals, anti-oxidation index and the status of the changes of endogenous substances.Methods:the experimental study of shanxi university sports institute2011level sports professional boy16people, subjects all through history, physical examination, rule out major viscera disease and history of upper respiratory tract infection, soon in the near term is not taking free radical scavenger and herbal supplements, the subjects were randomly divided into experimental group (Ⅰ) grape seed procyanidins (supplement) and the control group Ⅱ (placebo), each group of eight people. For the experimental group after15days of procyanidins, all subjects have a acute intensive exercise, the power to ride a bicycle30s*3/batch3min (load of0.075kg/kg body weight). Finally through the oxygen free radicals analyzer analysis subjects content of oxygen free radicals, anti-oxidation index and using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technique to detect the changes of endogenous.The result:1. Experimental group taking procyanidins in15days, the body oxygen free radicals content is significantly lower than the control group, anti-oxidation index is significantly higher than the control group, elevated metabolites in body citric acid, lactic acid, reduce the, low density lipoprotein (LDL).2. After acute intensive movement increase amplitude is lower than the control group, experimental group free radicals content of antioxidant index lower than control group, the organism metabolites citric acid is higher than the control group, the lactate and LDL were lower than the control group.3. After1h of recovery, the experimental content of oxygen free radicals and antioxidant index has returned to the front of the sports level, while the control group has not fully recovered. Experimental organism metabolites recovery state is much better than the control group.Conclusion: 1. Taking the recommended dose of procyanidins15days (172mg/day) can significantly reduce the content of oxygen free radical, improve the body’s antioxidant capacity value.2. Taking the recommended dose of procyanidins in advance15days can reduce caused by acute intensive exercise the body increasing content of oxygen free radicals, improve the antioxidant capacity of the body after exercise.3. Taking the recommended dose of procyanidins in advance15days also can accelerate the body’s antioxidant ability recovery after exercise, make the body remain the state of low content of oxygen free radicals.4. Taking the recommended dose of procyanidins15days in LDL can significantly reduce the human body. Acute intensive movement can only temporarily reduce LDL levels, the body and taking procyanidins in advance can reduce the rise of sports convalescence LDL.5. Taking the recommended dose of procyanidins can significantly reduce the human body blood lactic acid content in15days. Acute intensive exercise can make the blood lactic acid content increased significantly, taking procyanidins in advance can accelerate sports convalescence lactic acid removal, and make it maintain a low level.6. Taking the recommended dose of procyanidins15days, the content of citric acid can significantly improve the human body. Exercise can make the citric acid content decreased significantly, taking procyanidins in advance can make the citric acid in sports recovery to keep high level state.
