1?Research purposesIf Polygonatum can be used as sports supplements? We designed this experiment in order tofind the certain theoretical basis of that. Though the relevant indicators of mice liver to explorethe Polygonatum water extracts on the movement ability of the mice.2?Experimental MethodsA total of one hundred and sixty male Kunming mice which are supported by ShandongLukang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. Randomly divided into four groups—Control group ?Agroup?,Medication group?B group?,Exercise group?C group?,Exercise and medication group?D group?. Each group was divided into four state groups—Quiet group (0group), Quantitativeexercise group (1group), Exhaustive instantly status group (2group), Exhaustive Recoverygroup (3group).After three days adaptive feeding, accordance the requirements of each group ofmice with Dosing&Quantitative exercise. Mice in each group were sacrificed under theconditions of its intended. Anatomy and take the liver of mice into the ultra-low temperaturerefrigerator after four weeks feeding. Record the body weight per week and the exhaustive timeof mice in the last sacrificed day. Test indicators such as, Superoxide Dismutase(SOD), MaleicDialdehyde(MDA), Total Antioxidant Capacity(T-AOC), Glutathione (GSH), Liver Glycogen, alldata used SPSS17.0software for statistical analysis.3?The experimental results3.1Exhaustive swimming time in each experimental mice groupGroup B, C, D, mice swimming time was very significantly longer than in group A(P<0.01).Group C mice swimming time was significantly longer than in group B(P<0.05). Group D miceswimming time was very significantly longer than group B and C(P<0.01).3.2Glycogen content in each experimental mice groupQuiet state, the glycogen content of group B and group D was significant difference fromgroup A and group C(P<0.05). Exhaustive immediate state, the glycogen content of group D wassignificant difference from A(P <0.05). Exhausted restore of12hours state, group B glycogencontent was significant difference from group A and C(P <0.05). The glycogen content of groupD was significant difference from group A, B and C(P <0.05).3.3Superoxide Dismutase content in each experimental mice groupQuiet state, the SOD content of group C was significant difference from group A andB(P<0.05). The SOD content of group D was insignificant difference from group A, B and C(P<0.05). Exercise one hour state, the SOD content of group D was significant difference fromgroup A and B(P<0.05). Exhaustive immediate state, the SOD content of group D was significantdifference from group A and C(P <0.05). Exhausted restore of12hours state, the SOD content of group B was significant difference from group A(P <0.05). The SOD content of group D wassignificant difference from group A, B and C(P <0.05).3.4Maleic Dialdehyde content in each experimental mice groupQuiet state, the MDA content of group B was significant difference from group A(P<0.05).The MDA content of group D was insignificant difference from group A and B(P <0.05).Exercise one hour state, the MDA content of group C was significant difference from group Aand B(P<0.05). The MDA content of group D was insignificant difference from group A, B andC(P <0.05). Exhaustive immediate state, the MDA content of group D was significant differencefrom group A, B and C(P <0.05). Exhausted restore of12hours state, the MDA content ofgroup C and D was significant difference from group A and B(P <0.05).3.5Glutathione content in each experimental mice groupQuiet state, the Glutathione content of group B was significant difference from groupA(P<0.05). Exercise one hour state, the Glutathione content of group C was insignificantdifference from group A(P <0.05). The Glutathione content of group D was insignificantdifference from group A and B(P <0.05). Exhaustive immediate state, the Glutathione content ofgroup C and D was insignificant difference from group A and B(P <0.05). Exhausted restore of12hours state, the Glutathione content of group C was significant difference from group A(P<0.05). The Glutathione content of group D was significant difference from group A and B(P<0.05).3.6Total Antioxidant Capacity content in each experimental mice groupQuiet state, the T-AOC content of group C and D was significant difference from group Aand B(P<0.05). Exercise one hour state, the T-AOC content of group C and D was significantdifference from group A and B(P<0.05). Exhaustive immediate state, the T-AOC content ofgroup B was insignificant difference from group A(P <0.05). The T-AOC content of group D wassignificant difference from group A, B and C(P <0.05). Exhausted restore of12hours state,The T-AOC content of group C was significant difference from group A and B(P <0.05). TheT-AOC content of group D was significant difference from group A, B and C(P <0.05).4?Conclusion4.1After taking the Polygonatum water extracts, the mice exhaustive swimmingsignificantly longer, liver glycogen and GSH content was significantly increased, indicating thatthe Polygonatum water extracts have a positive effect in improving the exercise capacity of mice.4.2After long-term quantitative exercise, the mice exhaustive swimming time wassignificantly extended, the activities of SOD and T-AOC content was significantly increased, indicating that long-term quantitative exercise made a good role in promoting for improvingexercise capacity in mice and delaying exercise fatigue. 4.3After long-term quantitative exercise and medication combining intervention, the miceexhaustive swimming time was significantly extended. Glycogen, SOD, GSH and T-AOCcontent were significantly increased and MDA content was significantly reduced, indicating thatlong-term quantitative exercise and medication combination of intervention has a significant rolefor improve exercise capacity in mice and delaying exercise fatigue.
