With the advent of the times of knowledge economy, social division of labor is more and more fine, more and more diversified talents are needed, especially a surge in demand for creative and innovative talents, thus the calling for personalized education become increasingly strong. In view of the talents educated by "uniform" education are lack of personality and innovation then personalized education are put forward. In order to meet the needs of the society for talents, education will face a unique individual life,pay attention to and focus on personality, respect for differences, excavate the potential of the individual students, play the principal role of students, stimulate the students interest in learning, cultivate students’ innovation spirit and practice ability. The middle school students are in adolescence, which is the key period to form and develop the students’ personality. Middle schools are at the important stage of foundation education in our country, which is the accumulation stage of various aspects knowledge, also a stage that psychological tendency and the moral conduct need proper guidance. Therefore, it is very important to implement personalized education in the stage of middle schools. Research of this paper enrich the theory of individualized education structure, make such a concept deeply root in the hearts of the people, but also provide reference for posterity’s research. The author takes the reality of implementation of personalized education conditionality factors into consideration, thus this study appeared to be more realistic. At the same time, this paper study provide theoretical basis for the practice of personalized education and some concrete measures. In this paper, the writer used the research methods of the literature analysis and comparison analysis, based on the collected a large number of literature and analysis of the previous relevant research achievements for reference, and finally draw my own conclusions. Try to use the most real, the most valuable and the latest research results to support the research of this paper. Based on the definition of personalized education, distinguish similar concepts to find out the similarities and differences, and finally concluded to correctly identify the personalized education, avoiding misunderstanding of personalized education.Personalized education has long been accepted and advocated by education theories, but it is very difficult to implement personalized education under the current system of education.There are many restricting factors, so personalized education seems to be a concept or an ideal education beyond the reality. It is a focus on how to implement the personalized education in middle school about the study of this article. In this paper, the first part is the theory rationality demonstration of personalized education, the second part states the necessity of implementing personalized education in middle school. The third part specifically analysis constraints for the implementation of personalized education. Because of the reform of the education system is not achieved overnight, the implementation and popularization of personalized education is a long process. Education reform is the inheritance and development of current education, exploit the advantages of current education and also need to improve its defects. To be specific, there are some measures of implementing personalized education in middle school:The first is about concept, from the knowledge of people to complete people; The second is about the course, from single to diversity; The third is teaching, from synchronization to difference; The fourth is about evaluation, from screening to development. The final part of this paper put forward the measures and some successful experience provides reference about implementation of personalized education for middle school. However, in real education, schools development in different regions and levels are different. Therefore, the implementation of personalized education in schools, also should be treated respectively according to their actual situation.
