Research On The Personalized Education In Class Management

With the development of times, students have very distinct personality. Students' publicity and rich personality is incompatible with the class management, which has lagged behind the current demand. The needs of the community with a unique personality, talents useful to the society require the educational reform, particularly the class management ,which requires managers to change management philosophy,management methods and evaluation, to strength personalized education and the management effectiveness in the class management, and so the modern educational management can foster talents with distinct personality, who meet the needs of the social development. Based on the practical teaching work ,this thesis attempts to use the relevant educational theory, analyzes the problems and causes of ignoring students' personality in the secondary class management, and further puts forward the countermeasures.
