The 2019 National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan emphasizes that vocational college-related professional teachers are recruited in principle from personnel with more than 3 years of working experience and a vocational degree or higher,The document emphasizes the coexistence of theoretical teaching ability and professional practice ability of vocational teachers.For vocational teachers with working experience,the work objects,work contents and environment of enterprises and schools are very different.It is worth paying attention to whether teachers can adapt to this career transition well.In this context,the study of vocational adaptation of teachers with enterprise working experience is conducive to enriching the theoretical research of existing teachers' vocational adaptation,conducive to teachers' own professional development,and conducive to the construction of a high-quality professional "double-position" team.Interviews were conducted with vocational teachers who had worked in enterprises,and the contents of the interviews were coded step by step by using the grounded theory analysis method,so as to form a table of vocational adaptation factors of vocational teachers who had worked in enterprises.Based on the existing research and the existing mature questionnaires,the questionnaire " professional adaptability of vocational teachers with enterprise working experience" was compiled.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 505 vocational teachers with working experience in enterprises,and the results were supplemented by teacher interviews.On the basis of data analysis,this survey puts forward the hypothesis that teachers in higher vocational colleges have difficulties in adapting to the changing roles of education,teaching and scientific research.Humanistic environment and material conditions affect their vocational adaptation,and the hypothesis is verified.On this basis,the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the vocational adaptation level of teachers with enterprise working experience.The main conclusions of this study are:(1)The elements of vocational adaptation of teachers with working experience include professional concepts,role transformation and professional environments;(2)Teachers' vocational adaptation is mainly reflected in three aspects: education role adaptation,teaching role adaptation,and Research role adaptation;(3)there are many factors influencing vocational adaptation of teachers who have worked in enterprises,including interpersonal relationship with leaders and colleagues,team culture,Title evaluation system,and wages,benefits,etc.Generally speaking,it can be summarized as two dimensions: Humanistic environment and material conditions;(4)The first problem of this kind of teacher in the vocational adaptation is that the teacher does not establish a reasonable occupational concept,their teaching ability and scientific research ability is insufficient.Secondly,due to the difference of occupational environment between enterprises and campuses,teachers have difficulties in adapting to interpersonal relationship and organizational management mode;(5)Suggestions for improving the career adaptation of such teachers.On the one hand,teachers in higher vocational colleges should establish a healthy career concept and improve their teaching ability from novice to expert.On the other hand,higher vocational colleges should realize the cultural differences between enterprises and schools,and create a harmonious and healthy humanistic environment.The school should streamline the complicated administrative process,provide targeted training periodically,and comprehensively improve the vocational adaptability of teachers.
