As a component of teachers’professional knowledge, tacit knowledge plays an important part in pre-service teachers professional growth, this point of view was accepted by more and more scholars. However, the recent research in China mainly discussed it from a theoretical viewpoint, very few researchers talked about it in practical aspect. So, in the study, the methodology of qualitative research was adopted, classroom instruction of students of primary school education major was focused on and the state of development of tacit knowledge of teacher students would be concentrated on micro perspective.In this study, one student in primary school education major of N normal university was selected as our studying object. Firstly, depth interview method was used to awaken "F"student consciousness of tacit knowledge, then, through narrative inquiry, we gave voice to deep sleep tacit knowledge. This change stimulated the tactful action in appearance, that is,"F"student made a change from "follow feelings" to control classroom asking conscientiously. Finally, through the deep analysis of the research materials, we found the influence factors of pre-service teachers gaining the tacit knowledge and given the corresponding measures according to the influencing factors. At the end of this article, we also studied the reliability, validity and ethical problems and make the outlooks for the remained questions.
