Work Research On Postgraduate Pluralistic Counselor Under The Background Of Popularizatiop Of Higher Education

College counselors，as the important part of teacher troop and management team andthe mainstay in ideological and political education and administration for college students，are the factual organizers，instructors and executants.With the rapid spreading of mass higher education in China, the scale of collegeenrollment and the number of students have risen every year, therefore the shortage ofcounselor appeared. Postgraduate, as the important human resource of universities, is anavailable resource to be developed from the perspective of various interests. Thus, manyuniversities begin to select postgraduates for pluralistic counselor sin order to enrich thestrength of counselor team. However, pluralistic postgraduate counselor as a new thing willinevitably encounter various problems in practice. So it is necessary to study on how toconsummate this team both in theory and practice.This main part of the thesis is consist of five chapters, the structure is as follows:Chapter1. Introduction. In this part, background, significance and the definition ofthis subject will be introduced. Meanwhile it gives detailed illustrations on the researchmethods, the internal and external situation of this studyChapter2. Comb the vicissitudes of College Counselor System. From the formationand development of college counselor system，we find the flexuous growth of counselorswith the development of society. And then the author systematically expounds thecounselor’s work orientation, quality requirements and then points out the construction ofcounselor.needs the combination of full-time and part-time.Chapter3.Elaborate the working characteristics and existing reasons of pluralisticcounselors, then, systematically analyze the cause, characteristics, ideas and practicalsignificance of the work.Chapter4. Empirical study on current situation of the postgraduate pluralisticcounselor is carried out. Bases on feedbacks from questionnaires getting from part-timestudent affairs administrators of5universities in Jiangxi Province, the essay gives adetailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages in the work of pluralistic counselors,practice predicament, What’s more, the overall evaluation of this team was also made.Chapter5. Considering the problems encountered by postgraduate pluralisticcounselors at present stage, the author tries to give countermeasures on augmenting ranksconstruction from following aspects: innovating the working ideas, improving theemployment, training and assessment work, strengthening the self-construction ofpluralistic counselors, solving the outlet problem of postgraduate pluralistic counselors.
