Along with the rapid development of network information technology, education informationization to drive education modernization, achieve leap-forward development, has becoming the strategic choice of the education in China. under the information technology environment, School education concept, teaching object, instructional objectives, teaching mode, teaching process, medium and many aspects have taken great changes. The primary school teachers assume the students intellectual enlightenment of In the basic education teaching, how to adapt to the information-based teaching environment, how to practice the innovation education teaching mode, their Information ability is particularly important.This paper adopts Literature research method, Questionnaire survey Statistical software analysis, taking HongGuTan district in Nanchang as an example, to discuss Primary school teachers’ information ability present situation investigation and analysis.First, design the abilities of primary school teachers’general information and education information questionnaire. In-depth to four primary schools in HongGuTan district, selected the186teachers as the objects of investigation to collect information for survey research. The test reliability and validity of the questionnaire results are basically reached the requirements of test preparation, SPSS statistics data for this study provides effective analysis. Data result analysis, elementary school teachers’ information ability of the population mean and standard deviation values, show that the current overall level of the regional primary school teachers’ information ability is good. But analysis of different teachers and different disciplines, different degree index, exist certain differences between individual reflects the current information ability training also has many problems, needs to be further improved. To this, the author put forward the "school-based training" and "collaborative learning" combination of training mode, and corresponding counter-measures, in order to improve the primary school teachers’ information ability, improving the quality of basic education.In this paper, through empirical investigation and study, analyzing the HongGuTan district present situation and problems of primary school teachers’ information ability. Put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions, hope for the local education informatization and the teachers’ information ability training work provide valuable information and reference,and improving the quality of basic education.
