Service Quality Management System Of Honey English Training Center

With the development of our country’s economy,the continuous implementation of our reform and opening up policy, unprecedented degree to the attention of the education state and the society, China has invested and developed more to elementary education too, parents do their utmost for children’s education.To improve the educational effect for children,to be suited for the development and globalization, Various private English training centers have appeared, for example, Honey English Training Center.The paper will analyze and do research on environment teaching and teachers’ quality,satisfaction survey,and teaching management and control of service quality, management level,curriculum, fees and so on.We will seek for the measures and solutions to the construction and implementation of service management, evaluation and improvement of management system performance of service quality system which is on the basis of processing management in Honey English Training center.The paper adopts research methods of combining investigation research and theoretical analysis, and construct service quality management system through the analysis of practical data and results of theoretical research.
