| In recent years, our advanced vocational education gets a rapid development. Students’ association, as an important carrier that develops the students’interests, professional skills training, and the improvement of the comprehensive qualities, plays an essential role in the high-skilled talents cultivation as well as in the improvement for the benign development of the advanced vocational education. While the country is vigorously promoting the quality education in the circumstance, the following points are turning to be the important content of the research, concerning how to further integrate the teaching resources and the hardware facilities at the advanced vocational colleges, to improve the students’association management system, and to guide the students’association to have a sustained and healthy development.This thesis treats the students’association at the advanced vocational college as a whole into the category of public management, with the guidance of the relevant management theory. The research and investigation on the current situations of the students’association construction at the advanced vocational college in China are completed through the integrated use of literature research, questionnaire investigation, case analysis, comparative research and other research methods. The article firstly makes it clear about the conceptions of the students’association, the advanced vocational colleges, and the students’association at the advanced vocational college, indicating there are some significant differences for the students’association in the aspects of the members’comprehensive quality, the professionalism and the socialization, etc., after comparing with the ordinary universities. Therefore, we should combine the specific situations to study the management of the students’association at the advanced vocational colleges. The research points out that the students’association plays a crucial part in the ideological and political education at the advanced vocational college, the construction of the harmonious campus culture as well as the maintenance of campus security and stability. And the students’association has a promoting effort on the students’team cooperation ability, the professional skills, the cultivation of innovation ability and the formation of healthy psychology. Then, the thesis, taking the management of the students’ association at Suzhou College of Information Technology for example, summarizes the existing issues on the system construction, the internal structure, the members’ minds, the school support and so on, via the questionnaire investigation and visiting the leadership of association management, the association leaders and the average students. And the causes of these problems are analyzed in terms of the society, school, teacher and student.Consulting the outstanding students’ association management experience at home and abroad, this paper has the innovative thinking about the students’ association of the advanced vocational college from the following three aspects:first, to introduce the team management and the project management idea, and to innovate the students’ association management system; second, to introduce the multi-level management idea, and to expand the financing channels, and to optimize the operation mechanism; third, to utilize the target motivation theory and the psychological motivation theory to innovate the association work incentives. On this basis, the four countermeasures are put forward on the construction and development of the students’ association at the advanced vocational college:first, to build the association brand drive mechanism, to improve the activity taste, to transplant the advanced enterprise culture, and to strengthen the cultural construction of the association; second, with the help of the radio, network and the other media, to innovate the association propaganda platform, to develop the channel for the communication between the students’ association and the other organizations, and to strengthen the construction of the association platform; third, to employ the excellent enterprise personnel to guide the association work, to intensify the ideological and political education of the association leaders, and to strengthen the team construction; fourth, to standardize the association self-management, to promote the socialization process, and to motivate the sustainable development of the association. |
