Discussion On Association Construction In Vocational School

As Chinese vocational education developing, the student associations are changing more prosperity as the important position in the area of the student’s self-education, self-administration, self-building, and self-improving. As the same time, the administration of student associations faces new challenges. Firstly, this paper looks back the development of Chinese student associations and the research condition around the world by absorbing the methods of historical research, documentary research, empirical research and comparative research. Secondly, this paper, which bases on macro-management and micro-management, analyzes and researches the definition, character, function, current situation and existing problems of student associations and then provides systematic and practical models.This research tries to break the original way of sticking to the issue or the system on the administration of student associations. The paper not only considers student associations as one kind of organization, but also takes their management into education management system. Through general illustration the role of the construction of student associations, insightful analysis of the current situation of the construction of student associations, this paper tries to give a hint on initial principles of the construction. That is reforming and strengthening the construction of student associations in our school by reinforcing leadership over student associations, strengthening ideological and political education to association students, and optimizing hardware and software construction of related systems, and deepening cooperation between schools and enterprises. In this way, student associations can play a better role in campus culture construction and the mental and physical development of the students. In the end, through the student association’s management model, this paper studies the student association’s administration’s innovation. And what’s more, it intends to enlarge the study by now, also, provides reference to the practice and theory of student societies.
