Research On The Management Issues Of The Students’ Professional Associations Of Tianjin Vocational Institute

College students’ professional association is the second classroom of student activity, which is not only the base of university students’ ideological and political education, but also plays an important role in strengthening students’ professional skills and improving the professional quality. The students’ professional associations of Tianjin vocational institute have a certain scale of development and have formed their own management model. But there are still such problems as management standard, management processes and management effect. Those problems show there is lack of the revelent policy support of the college leadship.The management of the professional associations led by department of student work did not form a unified standard and the management systems of the internal members of the professional associations is not clear enough normative. In order to change this situation, first of all it is necessary to transform the management concept and realize fully the meaning of professional association construction; secondly, the management system should be improved so as to form the corresponding management and supervision mechanism; thirdly the goals of community construction should be defined further to improve the quality of club activities; fourthly the guidance should be combined with management to enhance the competence of the professional associations; fifthly the development of the students associations should be premoted by means of the social forces.
