With the rapid development of economy, science and technology is changing with each passing day. Especially under the environment of informatizational education teaching, from planning school education to the students’ ability training, both have new definitions on the role of the teachers. Teachers’ instructional technology ability is not only related to personal career development, but also affect students’ study life. So the researcher tries to effectively prove the research on the main research object of the teacher instructional technology ability. After a large number of document analysis, interviews and indeed observation, the researcher strives to collect the situation of current teachers’ instructional technology, and explore the cause. In reference on the basis of relevant theories, a line of excellent teachers under the guidance of the teachers education technology ability factor related intervention experiment, build on the view of TRACK intervention model of teachers education technology ability, strive to improve the teachers’ current education technology ability. And through the teachers’ classroom teaching behavior, teaching design and students after class exam test methods for teachers education technology ability to change validation, effectively promote the development of teachers’ information technology.
