With the rapid development of information technology and education informatization,the informational teaching ability of university teachers has become an indispensable ability of university teachers in the new era.Improving the ability of informational teaching and adapting to the development of the times have become the only way for the development of university teachers.Education is a fundamental task for the coming generation while teachers are the foundation of education.The development of university teachers’ informational teaching ability is conducive to the construction of college teachers,and it is also conducive to the improvement of teaching quality in universities,and is conducive to promoting the connotative development of higher education.Then,whether university teachers can adapt to the development of information technology and how to improve the information teaching ability of college teachers are becoming a problem worthy of attention.Based on the framework of TPACK(the technological pedagogical content knowledge)and relevant competence standards,this study analyzed the structure of information-based teaching ability of university teachers from the perspective of TPACK,concretized the information-based teaching ability,and compiled a questionnaire on the information-based teaching ability of university teachers.The questionnaire was used to investigate the students and teachers of a certain normal university from the first and third perspectives to understand the current situation of information-based teaching ability of university teachers in an all-round way.and the study analyzed its path to find out the potential path of the development of information-based teaching ability of university teachers.Then,this study constructed a targeted and systematic development model of university teachers’ informational teaching ability.Compared with the development strategy,the development model can put the problems into practice.In the development model,this study put forward the specific content and methods of implementation in order to provide reference for the development of university teachers’ informational ability and the construction of college teachers.Its main work is as follows:(1)Through literature research,this study used social network analysis to understand the development status of TPACK and informational teaching ability and clarified the relationship between teaching ability,educational technology ability,information teaching ability and TPACK to clarify the question of "why needs development".This content mainly refers to the first chapter and the second chapter of the paper.(2)By interpreting the connotation of TPACK knowledge framework and combining with relevant competence standards,this paper combed the informational teaching ability of university teachers and analyzed the structure of informational teaching ability of university teachers from the perspective of TPACK to determine the direction of development of informational teaching ability.and clarify the problem of "what to develop",which is mainly the third chapter of the paper.(3)According to the structure of informational teaching ability of university teachers from the perspective of TPACK,this paper designed and compiled students’ questionnaires and expert teachers’ questionnaires for listening to classes,interviewed with teachers to understand the current situation of informational teaching ability of university teachers through the trinity of the first and third perspectives,and analyzed its development.At the same time,through the path analysis of AMOS software,the development path of university teachers’ informational teaching ability was found out which provides a basis for systematically putting forward the development model of university teachers’ informational teaching to clarify the problem of "how is the current development".This is mainly the fourth chapter of the paper.(4)Based on the above research work,aiming at the current situation and existing problems of university teachers’ informational teaching ability,and under the guidance of TPACK and the development path of university teachers’ informational teaching ability,this paper put forward the development model of university teachers’ informational teaching ability from the perspective of TPACK to clarify the problem of "how to develop",which is mainly the fifth chapter of the paper.
