Study On The Application Of Fine Management In College Counselor’s Work

College counselors are not only the backbone force to carry out the college students’ ideological and political education, but also the organizers, executors and conductors of the college students’ daily ideological and political education and management work, as well as the mentor and leader of the college students’ healthy growth. In recent years, along with the deep change of international and domestic situations, the value orientation and ideas of college students have changed significantly, the difficulty in college students’management becomes increasingly challenging, requiring that we must strengthen the effectiveness and pertinence of the college students’management work. Counselors are the main force of the ideological and political education and daily behavior management of college students, and society, colleges, parents as well as students will put forward higher requests to counselors’work. As a new management mode, fine management is a depth and detail management, which is applied from the enterprise sector to the areas of military, service and medical industry as well as government work, etc. In recent years, fine management has gradually been introduced into the field of higher education. Based on the actual work of college counselors, through the basic elaboration of fine management connotation, this paper studies the necessity and feasibility of fine management application in the counselors’ work, and puts forward measures for practical implementation and system security of the fine management in the counselors’ actual work, systematically studies the application of fine management in counselor’s work.
