eacher management has always been in a very important position in school management,and parents' primary consideration in choosing schools is the reputation of the school and the faculty of this school.So teachers are a hot topic on and off campus.How to make the development of a school better and better,the teacher's management is an important link.When it comes to school management,there will be teacher management.The management mode of the school will not only promote the development of teachers,but also have an important influence on the development of the school.Refined management has been developed not only in the industrial manufacturing industry,but also in all aspects of society.The education industry has also introduced fine management into the school management,hoping to improve the quality of school management by the use of fine management.This paper takes Ziyu Primary School in Lufu Town,Shilin as the research object and studies the refined management of teachers in Lufu Town,Shilin,through the search of literature,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,this paper studies the refined management of the teachers in the primary school,and fully understands the current situation of the teachers' refined management,and finds out the problems from the status quo,such as the management ideas of leaders and teachers can't keep up,the business learning needs to be improved,and the management style is not humanized,etc.Through questionnaires and interviews,the reasons for these problems are understood in the management,and corresponding optimization strategies are put forward,so as to make teachers' fine management more effective in the future work.This paper is mainly divided into four parts,:The first part is the introduction,including the reason of the topic,research significance,literature review,research ideas and methods.The second part is the Ziyu primary school teachers fine management status and problems,this part of the Ziyu primary school teachers fine management of the statusquo investigation,to interpret the problems presented.The third part is the fine attribution analysis of Ziyu primary school teachers.This part is the analysis of problems presented in the Ziyu primary school teachers fine management,and on the basis of the interview record,the reasons for the problems presented in the teachers fine management are finded out.The 4th part is the optimization strategy of the fine management of Ziyu primary school teachers.Aiming at the problems of the refined management of teachers,corresponding optimization strategies are put forward.
