Self-esteem is an attitude experience towards oneself. Recently, researches of self-esteem are going deeper and deeper. Some researchers put forward the concept of implicit self-esteem. Implicit self-esteem is a self-attitude effect which can not be recognized by oneself, but it can affect personal mentality and behavior. Rejection sensitive refers to people who anxiously expect, readily perceive, and overreact to rejection. Interpersonal relationship is always an important object in psychological research, which can affect person profoundly.The objects of research are graduate students from several universities in Fuzhou. The research applies the methods combining questionnaire and Implicit Association Test. This research mainly investigates the relations between graduate students’explicit self-esteem, implicit self-esteem and rejection sensitive, interpersonal relationship. Conclusions are drawn through above research as following:(1):Implicit self-esteem effect has generality. And two types of self-esteem have a low relevance.(2):Graduate students have a significant gender difference on rejection sensitive, interpersonal conversation and contacting with the opposite sex. Graduate students have a significant region difference on rejection sensitive. Graduate students have a significant major difference on overall interpersonal relationship and making friends.(3):The correlation among explicit self-esteem, implicit self-esteem and rejection sensitive interpersonal relationship was significant. The correlation between explicit self-esteem and rejection sensitive, interpersonal relationship bother was significant negatively. The correlation between implicit self-esteem and rejection sensitive, interpersonal relationship bother was significant negatively. The correlation between rejection sensitive and interpersonal relationship bother was significant positively.(4):Four kinds of self-esteem combinations have a significant difference on rejection sensitive and interpersonal relationship. Graduate students with high explicit self-esteem/low implicit self-esteem and those with low explicit self-esteem/high implicit self-esteem have the strongest rejection sensitive. Graduate students with high explicit self-esteem/high implicit self-esteem have the best interpersonal relationship.(5):Two types of self-esteem and rejection sensitive can significantly predict the interpersonal relationship.
