With the development of science and technology, information technology educationhas become the important way to promote the educational reform and development, teachers’ specializationand information literacy play vital role in promoting the process of educational reform andinformationization.Conduct the primary and secondary school teachers’ information literacy in thebackground of Rural Distance will help enhance the rural teachers information literacy, It can promote thedevelopment of educational informationization in rural areas, also will improve the level of educational inrural areas, and indeed realize educational fairness.Through summarized the literature,I analysis the status of the development of distance education inrural areas, combing the connotation, content and significance of the primary and secondary schoolteachers’ information literacy; design the questionnaire for Teachers’ Information Literacy of rural primaryschool in Henan Province, special post-teachers in rural areas such as Kaifeng, Luohe, Xinyang, Zhoukou.IT teachers’ questionnaire, and select part of primary and secondary schools to conduct site visits andinterviews; Then analysis returned questionnaires statistics and reveals the problems of primary andsecondary school teachers’ information literacy and the promotion factors impact primary and secondaryschool teachers’ information literacy in the Rural Distance underground.Firstly, the paper argues that the primary and secondary school teachers in the Rural Distancebackground information literacy have some problems as follows: the hardware facilities outdated and theutilization is low, the Information Environment is missing; leaders and teachers’ ideas are lag behind, thecapacity of teachers’ information technology is weak; teachers’ structure is unreasonable, the aging problemis serious; lack of effective informationization teaching resources and lead to acclimatization; fewertraining opportunities for teachers and staff, the lack of effective mechanism in training.Secondly, the paper consider that impact factors for the primary and secondary school teachers’information literacy in Rural Distance are: old concepts of leaders and teachers; the update of hardware andpost-maintenance is not timely; The construct of informationization resource is fall behind; technicalcapacity training for rural primary and secondary teacher is deficient.Finally, the paper suggests enhancing the information literacy of primary and secondary schoolteachers should follow some strategies: continue to increase input and update the hardware facilities;transform the idea, enhance the ability of information technology; adjust and optimize the teachers’structure; construct the localization information resources library, realized regional sharing; strengthparticipatory training, improve the training effectiveness. |
