In recent years,the government has paid more and more attention to rural education.The development of rural education can't do without rural teachers,they are an important guarantee to develop rural education.The level of their information literacy plays an important role in promoting rural education's development.Therefore,researching the information literacy of rural primary school teachers has important practical significance for promoting the development of rural teachers and the development of rural education.The paper mainly uses literature method,questionnaire method and interview method to discuss the problem,and investigates the information literacy of rural primary school teachers in L County of western Shandong from the four dimensions of information consciousness,information knowledge,information ability and information ethics.The study uses SPSS21.0 to process the data obtained from the survey.Through the research,we find that the current situation of rural primary teachers' information literacy is unsatisfactory in L county.Their information literacy has improved compared to the previous one,but it is still at a relatively low level overall.The problem of information awareness is relatively less serious,and there is still much room for improvement in the other three dimensions of information literacy.The study found that the problems of rural primary school teachers' information literacy are mainly as follows:First,rural primary school teachers have a bias in understanding the importance of information technology.Second,the lack of relevant information knowledge of rural primary school teachers.Third,the information capacity of rural primary school teachers is generally low.Fourth,the information ethics of rural primary school teachers is at a low level.Therefore,we need to improve the information literacy level of rural primary school teachers by changing their minds and establishing scientific information concepts;taking multiple measures to broaden the knowledge of teachers' information;increasing investment and strengthening the construction of information facilities;optimizingtraining system and enhance training orientation and efficiency.
