With the advent of the information age,more and more information technology has been applied to teaching practice summary.It can not only enrich the classroom form,but also broaden students' vision,improve classroom efficiency and facilitate teachers' teaching.The application of information technology in teaching management has become the irreversible development direction of teaching management in the information age.At present,the information literacy of teachers in China presents a trend of inequality.The information literacy of teachers in large and medium-sized cities is relatively high,while the information literacy of teachers in small cities and rural areas is relatively low.In order to understand the current situation of rural teachers' information literacy,this paper takes dalian lushunkou district of rural primary and secondary schools,for example carried out investigation and study,trying to understand the current situation of the development of rural primary and secondary school teachers' information literacy,on the basis of figuring out the cause of the rural primary and secondary school teachers' information literacy,and finally puts forward some beneficial Suggestions to promote the development of rural primary and secondary school teachers' information literacy.Based on this goal,this paper is divided into the following six parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods,innovation and shortcomings of the paper.The main purpose is to understand the current academic research on this subject and provide methodological tools for this research.The second part is related concept elaboration,mainly introduces the basic concepts related to the construction of information literacy of teachers,including the concept,content,role in teaching management and the limitation of primary and secondary school teachers in this paper.The main task of this part is to provide theoretical support for this study and explain the main body of this study.The third part is a questionnaire survey on the current situation of information literacy of rural primary and secondary school teachers in lushun kou district.The author distributed questionnaires and conducted interviews to 12 primary and secondary schools in lushun kou district on this research topic,and collected first-hand data on information literacy of rural primary and secondary school teachers,providing detailed data support for the paper writing.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and causes of the information literacy of rural primary and secondary school teachers in lushun district.It is found that the main problems in the information literacy of rural primary and secondary school teachers in lushun district are insufficient information awareness,insufficient information reserve and insufficient information application ability,which restrict the development of rural education informatization.Through questionnaire analysis,the author learned that the main reasons for these problems are: backward teaching concept,imperfect information environment,imperfect training system and so on.The fifth part is about improving countermeasure analysis of rural primary and secondary school teachers' information literacy,combined with the result of questionnaire survey and analysis,the writer thinks we should change teaching idea,strengthening the information education,set up training system,improve information infrastructure construction four aspects to improve the rural primary and secondary school teachers' information literacy,promote the development of rural education informationization.The sixth part is the summary.The author summarizes the current situation,existing problems and corresponding countermeasures of information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers in rural lushun district,and summarizes the research results of this paper.
