In China, relationship takes a very important role in people’s daily lives. If some relationships, such as relatives, friends, and teacher-student relationship change, people’s behaviors may change too.Relationship Marketing is important proof of studying the relationship, and relationship marketing affectscustomer loyalty by influencing the relationship between customer and service personnel. So eitherpersonnel or organizational relationships study are very important.Due to the characteristics of the relationship, the study of the relationship must be within a certainrange. So we will be the relationship mode study on the management mechanism design theory to researchand interpretation, in order to be able to get a universal relationship mode. Hurwicz won the Nobel Prize inEconomics scholars in2007. It makes people pay more attention to the study of mechanism design theory, which is one of the important parts of the management mechanism design theory. We ever proposed amanagerial mechanism design theory (MMDT), and classified6kinds of objectives of management whichare Benefit, Efficiency, Order, Fair, Justice, and Innovation. In our opinion, managerial mechanism consistsof3components which include7elements: Stakeholders (Subject, Object and Media), Relationship,Regulation (Time, Space and Energy). Relationship is a more important element in the7elements.Starting from the definition of the relationship, we describe different classifications of therelationship, and divide the influencing factors of relationships into five aspects: duty, responsibility, power, profit and emotion. We build a wedge-shaped model for them. For the enterprise, we analyze thefamily-owned businesses using the above method. Thus evaluate potential organizational structure underthe influence of negative entropy algorithm on different factors. After research at home and abroad for therelational schema based on the pattern of relationships between many things, and the way to change therelationship between managerial mechanism design theory, and carried out a detailed analysis of privateenterprises. This study mainly includes six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly describes thebackground, significance, content and methods. The second chapter is described and summarized about thedomestic and foreign relations research, and management of mechanism design theory. We think many scholars to study the relationship between things, but rarely for the relationship itself. However, therelationship is actually also has a lot of features, and it will affect the operation of the managementmechanism, and even the harmonious development of society. Therefore, in the third, we will start from theconcept and classification of the "relationship", followed by its description the importance of relationship inthe management mechanism design theory. In this chapter focuses on the impact factors of relationship, thefactors include five-part, duty, responsibility, power, profit and emotion. This paper argues that duty, responsibility, power, profit and emotion can be the wedge model visualization describe_a conceptualmodel-wedge model. For further research, we can judge family enterprise on the wedge model. On theabove research basis, we argue that the relationship model between things and methods change therelationship in the fourth chapter. Then we use the negative entropy algorithm to evaluate potentialorganizational structure under different factors, in order to find out the relationship between the model andthe structure more matching method. In the fifth chapter, we take enterprise business relationship betweenentrepreneurs and investors as an example, carry on the exploration to solve and deal with the relationship, and give some suggestions and strategies. We hope entrepreneurs and investors reach a more harmoniousand cooperative relationship. The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect.
