There are some facts,including heavy learning pressure, immature outlook on life, etc, lead to theresult that the Middle School students often have contradictions in their hearts and the interest losing intheir self-concept.And the final result will be losing the trusts of friends, even the lack of a correct view onlife. The result then leads to a series of negative emotions, and even the emergence of Dutch act, campusviolence, and phenomenon of ignoring the life.Life education study abroad has already get enough attention and the research is very mature. they alsohas the perfect institutions in the practice of life care. By contrast, domestic life education research has juststarted. Although some scholars has put forward some own views from the connotation of life education,specific content and implementing ways of life care, there is still a very big disparity from the need ofsocial reality.The existence of the problem highlights the importance of life-care education in secondary education.The purpose is to explore the reasons and Countermeasures of lack of life-care education in Middle School,combining prevention and intervention with, timely, accurately pay attention to students’ psychology andlife, thus shaping the pole upward psychological quality, to establish a correct outlook on life, correctlydeal with setbacks and pressure, achieve the unity of individual and social harmony.In this paper, based on the practical investigation in the High School Affiliated to Henan Universityand other two schools, about life-care education status of empirical investigation, using the method ofquestionnaire, empirical acquisition status of life care education student data about middle school,understand the methods and means, students’ attitude towards life and school life care education problems,to explore the reasons, as construct the middle-school student ’s healthy personality actively explore thescientific path, to improve the education of life concern mechanism building blocks, provide suggestionsand Countermeasures for the middle school students in Henan province the cultivation of healthypersonality, mental health education, help the students to form a positive view of life.The focus of the study is the third chapter and the fourth chapter. The third chapter surveys andanalyses life-care education present situation in the Middle School from three aspects," survey and analysisof individual factors "," survey and analysis of social comprehensive factors "," survey and analysisfamily education ". The fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures of life-care education separatelyfrom four aspects," to strengthen the students’ mental health "," to strengthen the family education oflife-care "," to strengthen the social life-care education " and " to strengthen school education of life-care ".
